An Interactive Workshop With Founder Darneisha Beeler

One of the experiences I’m especially excited about this year is The Legacy Blueprint.

During this interactive workshop, we’ll explore four important questions:

1. Who am I?
Understanding your values, identity, gifts, and what matters most to you.

2. Who am I becoming?
Reflecting on your habits, character, choices, and the woman God is calling you to be.

3. Who am I impacting?
Identifying the people whose lives you touch through your family, relationships, career, community, and everyday interactions.

4. What am I intentionally building?
Considering the legacy you want to create and the actions you can begin taking right now.

You’ll have an opportunity to begin developing your own personal Legacy Statement and identify meaningful steps toward living it out.

Because your legacy is not just your story.

It’s also the lives that become better because you were part of them.

A Note From Our Founder

Beautiful,

When God placed Empower & Elevate on my heart, I knew I wanted to create more than an event.

I wanted to create a space where women could come together, remove the pressure of everything they’re carrying, be encouraged, connect with one another, and leave reminded of who they are and what they’re capable of.

And every year, that vision continues to grow.

For Year Three, God placed one word on my heart.

LEGACY.

And the more I sat with that word, the more I realized that legacy isn’t only about what we leave behind.

It’s about the people we touch every day.

It’s about how we treat people, how we show up for our families, how we serve our communities, and the choices we make when nobody is watching.

I want us to leave this retreat understanding that we don’t have to wait until we’re older, more successful, or have everything figured out to begin building a legacy.

We’re building it right now.

My prayer is that every woman who enters the room leaves with a renewed sense of purpose, meaningful connections, and a commitment to live more intentionally.

When and where is the retreat?

Empower & Elevate 2027 will take place on Friday, March 5, 2027, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, in the Palm Springs area of California.

The exact venue is currently being finalized and will be announced at a later date.

Is this an all-day event?

Yes! This is a full-day experience. We encourage attendees to plan to participate from beginning to end so they can enjoy the complete retreat experience, including the closing activities.

What is the dress code?

Come dressed like the powerhouse woman you are! 💛

I want you to wear whatever makes you feel confident, beautiful, comfortable, and empowered.

If that means showing up in your favorite outfit that makes you feel amazing, do that!

If you’ve been wanting an opportunity to step outside your comfort zone, elevate your style, or show up as the woman you’re becoming, this is your invitation!

Whether your style is chic, sophisticated, bold, feminine, or uniquely you, come dressed in a way that makes you feel like the powerhouse you are.

There is no required color scheme or formal dress code.

Just come ready to show up, connect, and enjoy the experience!

Will food be provided?

Yes! Your ticket includes a continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshments toward the end of the day.

Are hotel accommodations included?

No. Hotel accommodations, transportation, and travel expenses are the responsibility of each attendee.

Additional location and lodging information may be shared once the venue is confirmed.

Can I attend by myself?

Absolutely!

Many meaningful connections begin when we give ourselves permission to enter a room where we may not know anyone.

There will be opportunities throughout the day to meet, connect, and engage with other women.

Is the retreat faith-based?

Yes. Empower & Elevate is a faith-centered women’s experience that incorporates Christian faith, prayer, personal development, encouragement, and meaningful conversations.

Women from different backgrounds and walks of life are welcome.

What if I purchase a ticket and can no longer attend?

All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable for attendee cancellations.

However, tickets are transferable.

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee by submitting a transfer request no later than Friday, February 26, 2027.

Transfers must be confirmed by the event organizer. The replacement attendee must agree to the event’s terms and conditions.

Are refunds available?

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for attendee cancellations, schedule conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances.

Tickets may be transferred according to the transfer policy above.

If the event is canceled or materially changed by the organizer, any applicable refund or other remedies will be handled in accordance with governing law and the event’s published terms.

Can I pay using Klarna?

Klarna may be available as a payment option at checkout for eligible purchases.

Payment-plan approval, terms, and availability are determined by Klarna and the checkout provider.

Will there be photography or video recording?

Yes! Photos and videos will be captured throughout the retreat to document the experience and may be used in future Empower & Elevate marketing, promotional materials, social media, and event recaps.

By attending, you acknowledge that photography and filming may occur.

If you have concerns about being photographed or recorded, please contact the event organizer before the event so available accommodations can be discussed.

Will there be opportunities to connect with speakers and vendors?

Yes! The retreat is designed to encourage meaningful connections, and there will be designated opportunities for networking and engagement with participating speakers and vendors.

Will the speakers or agenda change?

The event program and speaker lineup are subject to change as planning progresses.

Any significant updates will be communicated through official Empower & Elevate channels.

Important Event Policies

All Sales Final: Tickets are nonrefundable for attendee cancellations, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Ticket Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another attendee with organizer approval. Transfer requests must be submitted by February 26, 2027.

Event Location: The retreat will take place in the Palm Springs area. The exact venue will be announced once confirmed.

Photography & Video: Photography and filming will take place. Images and footage may be used for event documentation and promotion, subject to applicable law.

Event Changes: Speakers, sessions, and event programming may be modified. If the event is canceled or materially rescheduled, attendees will receive information about applicable options and remedies.

Checkout Acknowledgment: By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the event’s published terms, including the refund and transfer policies.
