We are so excited to officially open registration for our 2027 Family Reunion, happening Friday, July 23 through Sunday, July 25, 2027, in Smyrna, Tennessee!
This weekend is all about reconnecting, celebrating our family, creating new memories, and enjoying quality time together. Whether you’re traveling from near or far, we hope you’ll make plans to join us!

Adults & Teens – Ages 13+
$150 per person
Children – Ages 12 & Under
$75 per child
Your registration fee includes your reunion activities for Friday and Saturday, including:

📅 REUNION WEEKEND AT A GLANCE
FRIDAY, JULY 23 | FAMILY MEET & GREET + BBQ
We’ll kick off our reunion with a relaxed family picnic and barbecue at the park!
Come comfortable and ready to reconnect, eat, laugh, play games, and spend time with family.
More details regarding the park location and times will be provided as we get closer to the reunion.
SATURDAY, JULY 24 | FAMILY REUNION RECEPTION
Saturday evening, it’s time to dress it up!
We’ll gather at a banquet hall for our Family Reunion Reception. Come dressed in your nice banquet attire and get ready for an evening of great food, family, celebration, and memories.
Additional details and the official schedule will be shared with registered attendees.
SUNDAY, JULY 25 | DEPARTURE DAY
Sunday will be our departure/travel day as we wrap up an amazing weekend together and head home with new family memories.

Our family reunion will take place in Smyrna, Tennessee.
The primary airport for those flying in is:
Nashville International Airport (BNA)

🏨 HOTEL INFORMATION
We are working on hotel accommodations for the family. Our group room block cannot be booked until February 2027, so please do not worry if you aren’t able to reserve your reunion hotel room yet.
Hotel information, rates, booking instructions, and deadlines will be shared with registered family members once reservations become available.
Hotel accommodations are not included in the reunion registration fee.

Registration is officially open!
You may pay your registration fee at checkout. Klarna will also be available at checkout for eligible purchases, allowing you to choose from the payment options Klarna makes available to you.
⏰ REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Registration closes March 1, 2027.
Please don’t wait until the last minute! Registering early helps the planning committee finalize our headcount, food, shirts, venue arrangements, activities, and other reunion expenses.
No registrations will be guaranteed after the March 1 deadline.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
All Family Reunion registration fees and payments are non-refundable.
Once payments are received, funds will be used toward reunion expenses, including venues, food, shirts, activities, supplies, and other commitments made on behalf of our family.
Please make sure you are able to attend before completing your registration.

An official Family Reunion T-shirt is included with each paid registration.
Please make sure you select the correct T-shirt size for each attendee when registering. We cannot guarantee size changes once the shirt order has been submitted.
